open-plan kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, sitting area with 1 sofa-bed, TV (TNT), WC
Upstairs: 1 large south-facing bedroom with 1 double bed (160×200) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine.
You can eat outside on your private terrace in the shade of the century-old plane tree, with a barbecue at your disposal.
The swimming pool is in the vineyard.
